Sorry, I've just realized that this problem doesn't occur in gedit only.
I have the same problem in Nautilus: if I click on a file to rename it
and then press Alt or Ctrl, Nautilus freezes in the same way.
It must be some shared library. Do you know which?

I'd love to see 0.6 packaged soon.
I'm about to install debian for some newbie friends, so I must install
it from repository.
I _think_ that Yorba will release a 0.6.1 version, because they recently
fixed a bug, see:
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/geary-list/2014-March/msg00035.html
Thanks
spend. Instead
it just reboots.

Removing the dleyna-renderer package from my system solves the low shutdown

t work properly.
The problem seems to have been addressed upstream, see
<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=779342>.
Is it possible to port and apply the patch to the version in Stretch?
Thanks,

Dear Maintainer,
Please compile wpesrc that's one of new feature of gstramer 1.16.
You probably needs to package wpe[0] too.
Thank you.
