This is about the libpam0g[-dev] package.
For libpam0g package, I currently have version 1.1.8-3.1+deb8u1+b1 installed.
I am attempting to install libpam0g-dev using:
# apt-get install libpam0g-dev
It comes back

Linux Filesystem Standard v3.0 does not allow executable code under /var
directory.
Postfix is in non-compliance.

Apparently, it is problematic at upstream Bug databse (first thought to
be SourceForge, but now over at Github).
The current `configure.ac` does not detect properly for the
`strlcpy()/strlcat()` C declarator which is actually located in the
`/usr/include/file/file.h` C include file for Debian
Yes, that fixed it.
