Zatacka in version 0.1.5 should not be shipped with Debian Etch. It
simply does not work (not only on my computer, tested also on Ubuntu and
Arch Linux) so I'm bumping bug's severity to RC.
New upstream version (0.1.6) fixes this problem, version 0.1.7 also fixes so
tags 379058 + patch pending

that's because pdebuild sets LC_ALL to C and python3 (unfortunately)
