First I had forgotten to set NEED_SVCGSSD=yes in
/etc/default/nfs-server.
But also, after correcting the above, the rpcsec_gss_krb5 module was
not started automatically, the line "do_modprobe rpcsec_gss_krb5" in
/etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server is present in the "unstable" version but
not in "Stable"
