Hi! Just to tell you you can close bug report. The problem was due to wrong config option in /etc/pam.d/common-* files. Sorry for the wrong report. I hope you have not spent to much time on this problem. I was so focussed on ssh/pam interaction I really thougt the problem was there... Sorry.
