3.9.3-2+b3, so it's most likely caused by etpan transition rather than
claws itself. The segfault happens with 3.9.3-2+b3, but not with
3.9.3-2+b2.

Not sure if the cause is same, but xcache 3.0.x does not support PHP
5.5 we currently have in unstable, so it's anyway broken. This will be
fixed in 3.1 release.
