I think this is a good thing to do, at least in next 1 - 2 years,
because GTK1 will be used less and less, so count of such people will
increase.

When locale is set to *.UTF-8, unicode_start is called from
/etc/init.d/keymap.sh. But it doesn't pass '-u' parameter to loadkeys.

the one used by keyboard or when I don't set the device at all.
