Well, yes and no. The Permissions are resetted to 0 NOT root (which is
the same p/gid). That means that it is not anymore sticky as when a
value is specified. So the handling is completely changed.

I think, it is easy to also copy the update scripts from the
distribution to /usr/share/doc/ as that is the place where it is
expected (at least by me). This should not be that much work to do.

libssl which blocks them from upgrade. I think the problem will get

works well. I _suppose_ that /usr/sbin/install-info is using
/usr/bin/install-info if that is available. If not it processes the
stuff internal.
