Package: libsmbios
Version: 0.12.1
Severity: normal
Hi,
libsmbios ships precompiled libraries in lib.unloaded. Please purge that
from the source tarball, it only wastes space.
(there's a lost+found directory to remove, too)

Hi,
libsmbios-dev does not provide libsmbios.so, making it impossible to link
against libsmbios.
Note that it also lacks a static libsmbios.a.

What scanner and backend do you use ? Did XSane 0.97-1 or 0.97-2 work
for you ?

Hi,
Attached is a patch which fixes 2 va_list misuses in a2ps, leading
(lib/printlen.c) to the reported bug, and while I was at it, it still
printed garbage on amd64, so lib/title.c got its fix, too.
Tested on powerpc and amd64.
