I already opened a ticket on a this issue but there was a misunderstanding and
I open it again with new arguments.
The problem is with the service file /lib/systemd/system/opendkim.s

I installed opendkim on a new server and had a problem, /etc/opendkim.conf was
not read with "service opendkim start".
I fixed it by changing a line in /lib/systemd/system/opendkim.service
-ExecStart=/usr/sbin/opendk
