Trying the 1.7 package from Ubuntu (1.7.0-0ubuntu2) in the debian
testing-based Linux Mint LMDE I can report that at least the Amazon
plugins (and some others, randomly chosen) work for me now.
I would therefore be grateful if someone could update the Debian package
to 1.7.

I have now found the trigger for the locks: This always happens when I
have a sshfs connection open at the time when going to suspend. The
sshfs connection needs an established vpn, which isn't there when
returning from suspend. As soon a

When removing .local/share/gajim, gajim starts normally.
I would prefer not to loose my settings, and the same .local/share/gajim

ady mentioned in #252060 how he thinks Erik's translation is
nice, but he added some corrections. I think those are basically
justified, but were still in need of some improvement, so I
incorporated them into a new de.po, waiting for the l10n-german list
to approve or improve.
