This is a bug in libpq-dev and/or postgresql-server-dev-8.0.
Basically the postgresql 8.0 specific server-dev package refers to
libpq-dev which is "unversioned", and nowadays refers to 8.1

thank you for the patch for ppc64. The package builds fine with that
patch on ppc64.

The 'make test' target runs with
age: grep
Priority: required
So grep breaks policy 2.5.
And I really do not think we want to bloat the base system by making
pcre Priority standard.. I'd suggest re-assigning this bug to grep.

maintainer on the bug - but that's not really required, and with my
