In 1.5.3-2.4 this bug was correctly fixed in cups-client
(libcups2 (= ${binary:Version}), but the fix in cups
is not complete (libcups2 (>= ${binary:Version}) - that
allows a library upgrade without upgrading cups).

This bug (cups needs a more strict dependency on libcups) is now
properly fixed in cups-client with
Depends: libcups2 (= ${binary:Version})
but not in cups with
Depends: libcups2 (>= ${binary:Version})
