I removed gir1.2-webkit2-3.0 / libwebkit2gtk-3.0-25 because they are
deprecated in favor of gir1.2-webkit2-4.0 / libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37, and
they had no reverse dependencies... except for the fact that
cinnamon-screensaver depends
I just got the upgraded packages and I can confirm that this does make
systemsettings unusable.
Clicking on the 'System Settings' menu item doesn't do anything.
When trying to start it from the command line, I got something similar to the
original bug reporter:

Alright, I figured it out. s3ql is actually missing a build-dependency
on python3-llfuse-dbg. It is probably pulled in indirectly in some
circumstances.
