Hi,
commas have a special meaning in the License field of a DEP-5 copyright
file. In front of an "and" they signal that the preceding "or" has

Hi,
Whist adding my pktools RFS to the Sponsoring of Blends webpage
(https://wiki.debian.org/DebianPureBlends/SoB), I noticed that pktools
had never been allocated to a Debian GIS blends task.
I hope the attached patch will help with that.
