Actually this bug was caused by a mozilla language .xpi as told in a
former email. Due to this language file Icedove identified as
Thunderbird and was handled like a new application by gnome-shell. As
there are the fitting language-packages in the repositories I havn't
tried this again.

Bug#684388 important bug affects both stable and oldstable.

I cannot give an answer, since I've not used lilo since grub became the
default.
If nobody on the lilo-installer team can answer this question by taking
a quick look into his/her test setup, then it may be time to send the
code to the attic?

On Ubuntu, the default Apache setup doesn't include mod_version so the
trick used to handle Apache 2.2 and 2.4 doesn't work out of the box.
