I think that #610955 is related to #350202. Not merging or doing
other triaging actions because I don't have time for deeper
investigation at the moment.
But I think that this is a general problem when languages require more

I just uploaded fixed version of libpyzy.
Let's get this moving to testing first.
Then fix this package by splitting into data and lib.
I think upstream URL needs to change. so does upstream source file
name. For that we need new upstream version.
I think patch needs to be tagged too.
