Why should the testsuit fail just because of the date you rebuild it?
That seems like a really bad design. And this keeps happening again
and again with devscripts and its use of distro-info-data.
It seems that the test is wrong if it stops working after a certain date.

munge-0.5.11 was released 2013-08-27. It includes updated
config.{guess,sub} files.

course, made it so the system didn't even try a "resume," re-installing left me
back at the ~5 minute waiting before being given the option to skip resume.
