Dear Maintainer,
now Im unable install any ruby package from experimental repository.
I want to do testing new redmine package, for example, but this is impossible.
The bug is with ruby/rails 3.2 and depends are broken completely.
Please fix..

Package: gnutls26
gtk-doc-tools and texinfo are used to generate document only, and
these documents are split to a separate package gnutls26-doc.
It should be ok to mark gtk-doc-tools and texinfo as Build-Depends-Indep.
This will make it easier for bootstrapable Debian.
