I took a look at the file and what it appears to be is that some
msged/msgstr lines somehow ended up being duplicated to other parts of
the file. The file has been corrected and has been added to the upstream
patch

The attached patch fixes the FTBFS.
The patch adds ruby1.8 to build-depends.
The patch also changes XS-Ruby-Version from 1.8 to the (correct) ruby1.8,
and changes depends from ruby | ruby-interpreter to ruby1.8 (since this is
the ruby version ruby-nora is built for).
