Okay, it might be caused by the overly aggressive optimization rules in
CFLAGS. Currently the binary would not work as expected on arch that
doesn't support SSE2 / vectorize instruction.

I am downgrading this bug due to the nature of this problem.
While it is true that you can get e.g. a shell on a system because
of this issue I see no privilege escalation here, no existing
restrictions are bypassed in any way. The admin is expect
upstream release 3.2.1 added a 1-minute timeout to all tests. This will
at the very least change the infinite loop into a failure and will
possibly show other failures.
