This means that the method is very hard to set up for any locale not
listed in the postinst script.

Writing in Wine is impossible with ibus.
To reproduce:
switch IM to scim, restart X session
run 'wine notepad'
All input methods available in SCIM are available for writing in
Notepad.

Hi,
This was fixed upstream in 007 ... not sure what you did to fix it :),
but please invalidate the upload and upload the 007 ubuntu package
with just the version bumped to -1 if you want a fix.
I will release 008 upstream with all fixed
ok found the diff you used ... that was also fixed in the ubuntu
package ...
https://edge.launchpad.net/bugs/563728
if you want a fix now just upload that package as 007-1 and dont use
delayed (just push!). i dont care about NMU etc, so use a proper
version.
