python 2.6 that has the "with" and "as" keywords .. and is not (yet)

script to explicitely use 2.6 but there must be a cleaner solution.

optimize is not the default, because programs may have problems with missing
docstrings, und packaged programs are usually not started with -O. it's not
worth the small optimization.
