Since this a non-default issues with limited local impact I don't
think this needs to be fixed in a DSA. Still, you could fix this
through a stable point update.

Investigating further, I find by looking for mmap in the output of
/sbin/sysctl an interesting setting called vm.mmap_min_addr.
$ /sbin/sysctl vm.mmap_min_addr
vm.mmap_min_addr = 4096
$ GCL_ANSI=t gclcvs
[1]16794 killed GCL_ANSI=t gclcvs
$ sudo /sbin/sysctl vm.mmap_min_addr=0

On thing I forgot:
I think you should somehow standardise how keyscript developers may
specify options (especially multiple) for the keyscripts.
You see already from your own scripts, that multiple options are
necessary (passdev: device, file[, timeout]).
You've seen all the options that I offere

Hi,
I recently experienced the same problem:
Comic did not get new comic-strips, only the saved ones could be displayed.
If you have installed network-manager but use the "classical" way with
/etc/network/interface, the not configured network-manager seems to
block comic from receiving new strips

Hi,
removing the lines does not change anything.
I am assuming that although grub.cfg is automatically generated, it is
enough to modify it by hand, without running anything else (and that
grub somehow reads grub.cfg from my reiser partition).
Thank you,
Alex
