The invalid `"' error from doxygen is a red herring here. The actual
problem is that doxygen 3.6.1 creates a search directory of html, so
ICU's install html/* is failing. I should be able to upload a patched

the TimeWorked value which can be set via a ticket when resolving it is
used as an integer which allows to set negative values which doesn't make
any sense. Should be probably an unsigned data type.

The drivers probably aren't handling sync-to-vblank properly, so Clutter
is timing out there. You can work around that by setting the environment
variable
CLUTTER_VBLANK=none
