The issue was that reportbug did not seem to be working at the time i
reported those two pidgin bugs (which were actually the same bug ->
one was wrongly rated the other probably higher than it should have
been).
Both were actually mistakes.

Just thought to followup that I've ran into the same situation
box got slow, but this time before I restarted NFS server I've mentioned
