Even iff you will link against system libevent,
the bundled one is still compiled. Failure in bundled

For some reason your mail got chomped by my MUA and I didn't read the
part about libevent being compiled anyway, so I assumed it was only
about the libnatpmp part missing. That means the -4 version probably
doesn't close the bug either.
