Here is a patch I created that at least builds and runs with Gtk2. I'm
not very familiar with the package so I could not do much testing
unfortunately.

I had the same problem, updated
[UPGRADE] libexosip2-4 3.1.0-1 -> 3.3.0-1
[UPGRADE] libmediastreamer0 2.1.1-1+b1 -> 3.0.0-3
and it fixed the problem.
