testing shows that the diff causes the package to build, but still
only build python2.4 extensions.
As this is not what we are looking for, the patch is unsuitable for
NMUing.

This is a sudden change, until now, imagemagick could be used
standalone. An update right now from versions 7:6.2.4.5.dfsg1-2 to
7:6.3.7.9.dfsg1-2+b1 wants to install half gnome etc (see below). I
think this is a little to much, especially for a headless server.
