I think if we solve this broken dependency with the patch on the BTS, we
may end up with undesirable situation.

If I launch a kde application (i.e but not limitied to amarok, k3b,
rosegarde, ...), the main gnome panel disapears on all the desktops.
If I move the mouse over the place the panel should be displayed,
it appears again as if 'automatic
No response from the original reporter, and the other reporter says it's
no longer occurring. So I'm assuming this was a driver problem.
