gajim does not validate server SSL/TLS certificates. This can negate
a large part of the benefit of using SSL/TLS and makes gajim
vulnerable to man-in-the-middle attacks.
psi performs these validations correctly.

Yes, it looks like the 1.4.5 servers don't work properly on sparc64. I
see that Adam has already reported this upstream as w

the problem with external dependencies is that functionality can be
broken due to circumstances outside of your control. vis a vis, the
getweb stuff is currently broken (in unstable as well as stable!)
because the upstream author randomly decided to modify his directory
naming scheme. this is why

i recently submitted a serious bug against foo2zjs because the package

i believe this to be a serious bug for two reasons:
the first is that packages in main should not have any dependencies on

The build dependency on ggz stuff is unversioned but the build system
checks for >= 0.0.14. Since etch has 0.0.13 it would be nice to make
the dependency versioned so backporters have an easier time to find out
why the package doesn't build on etch (

mdadm correctly assembles the raid1, but the vgchange -ay $vg fails to
find the volume group.
I did a little hack to /scripts/local-top/lvm2 that calls vgchange -ay
