Just tried this and I can reproduce this. Tried the same data and plot
command but with term set to postscript eps and that came out fine so
it is not the command that is wrong.

In addition to all of the binaries which couldn't run due to the missing
library (tic, tset, clear, etc.), the "less" binary was throwing
segfaults.
