I'm not quite sure I understand. The build did try to use g++-4.1, and
it failed. This was long ago determined to be a glibc or gcc problem,
not a qt-x11-free problem, so why was it reassigned to qt-x11-free?

Well, I found a blog out there that is in iso-8859-15 for whatever
reason, and so XML::Feed can't parse it.
I also dug up an encoding file. The "yarssr" package has a
iso-8859-15.enc which is GPLed and works. I'll attach a copy to this
