Udevd is started differently in Dapper than in Sarge. Dapper uses
start-stop-daemon while Sarge uses "udevstart".
Make-nfs-root diverts the normal start-start-daemon binary and
replaces it with a script that will never start anything.

I can't get my mobile pairing either, it does not accept the pin. Tried
/usr/lib/bluetooth/add-passkey both manually and by the init script, no
difference. dbus-monitor didn't show anything passkey related either.
