Further experiment: I installed Brasero on a Stable (wih KDE)
but receive the same behavior: Brasero crashes and make /dev/sr0
unavailable.
On the contrary, K3b works fine

To better clarify the nature of the problem, I installed on Testing /
Cinnamon K3b (despite its many dependencies). K3b perfectly burns ISOs
to CD-RW, unlike Brasero
