I encountered dependencies missing problem when upgrading iptables to
version 1.8.5-3~bpo10+1.
iptables (1.8.5-3~bpo10+1) needs package netbase (>= 6.0), but there's
only netbase (5.6) in buster, and there's no packages in buster-backports.
Given the many bugs of the default -nft alternative, maybe the best option
for buster would be to revert to using the -legacy version.
