Maybe assigning it to php is the right thing to do, but googling more
after sending the bug I found this bug on launchpad, it is dated 10
years ago, but seems similar:

And it points to a gcc related

reassigning. it's the message coming from libgomp, the problem probably is
somewhere else. But without any more information ... maybe the issue is even
more up in the stack.
