This issue was generated by me. I renamed the original examples
directory inside the package from debian/test to debian/examples.d.
These examples are used by debian/tests/control and I didn't updated
it. Sorry for my mistake. I will fix it now.

You're giving the tests the wrong input filename - that is a bug in
pcapfix (the tests weren't updated for the .pcap move).
The second thing is that returning 254 on errors breaks autopkgtest, so
it would be good if you could change exit codes 128 < code < 255 into
one below 128. That's argua
