setup that includes libsnmp30 but not snmp then this problem will occur.
Looking through the changelog, I can see that snmp.conf has bounced between
snmp and the library, but with no real explanation why. I'll put
Control: retitle -1 missing snmp.conf triggers flood of error messages
Control: severity -1 serious
I wanted to further investigate, if this was a libsane problem or not so
I installed another libsnmp30 client and for that I chose the "snmp"
package.
And suddenly all the errors were gone.
