Thanks for the response.
I'd be happy to create patch at some point. I have no experience with
Debian packaging so I think it will be a good learning exercise. It may
take a while but I'm definitely interested.
I really like yarssr's simple design.

Dear Sebastian,
thanks for reporting this bug. I have not used yarssr myself in years,
and I believe upstream is not active either. If you (or someone else)
wants to get this bug fixed, a patch would be required.
I’d also be happy to let someone else take over this package.

* What led up to the situation?
I started yarssr from the command-line. Once started, if I quit yarssr through
the context menu (right click) the application segfaults.
