On a minimal non graphical system without any gio modules installed, e.g. the packages glib-networking or dconf-gsettings-backend, the directory /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules does not exist. Due to the entry in debian/libglib2.0-0.dirs, the path is contained on the system at /var/lib/dpkg/
