containing a list of URLS (http/https, svn://, git:// email-address)
which should be checked.

i'm cleanig up all bugs for the upcoming stretch release, and I am not
completely sure, how to implement your request:
I am ok with, e.g. handling emails, git:// and svn:// url, but how
should i handle http(s):// urls - those might either be download urls,
vcs browse urls or checkout url?

It would be nice to have an option to check URLs on the command-line
and stdin (one per line). This would be useful during development and
bug reporting to check individual URLs against DUCK's heuristics.
