We're now a month after I opened this bug, with not even a reply from
the package maintainer. This is the last ping I'm making before I
attempt to NMU a new upstream release.
Ping? Is there someone alive behind the maintainer's email address? If
someone is reading, then please at least reply

If you don't have time to work it out, can I NMU the package myself?

For packaging the OpenStack dashboard, aka Horizon, I would like to have
python-selenium >= 2.50.1 available, as this is what is required to do unit
testing of the web GUI. Please update your package.
