Just to clarify: the test itself is working correctly, it just prevents
a non-interactive installation (since the default is "abort").

For a live-build environment, create the file
config/preseed/nvidia.cfg.chroot and add:
nvidia-legacy-check nvidia-driver/check-for-unsupported-gpu b
