If you're running pure stretch (not a stretch+sid mix), that probably
*isn't* this bug, as stretch only has the non-v5 version of
libllvm3.5/libclang1-3.5, and packages using the v5 version (e.g. new
versions of mesa) are hence not allowed to enter stretch.
