Indeed, working on existing patch queues consisting of DEP-3 formatted
patches could be improved by having gbp pq handling their import properly.
The solution I am using right now is to do:
gbp pq import
Hack and commit,
gbp pq export
Only commit the generated patch(es) and d/p/series,
git
