valgrind [i386 amd64] -- similar to what Ubuntu has done.
When you're at it, you should also drop the second part of the
disable-valgrind-tests patch, as upstream has apparently fixed
that in a better way.

jq 1.4-1 currently is in state BD-Uninstallable on armel and sparc,
because valgrind is not available on these archs.
Please build without valgrind there.
