Bug#737043: Fails to display processes with non-ascii characters

Package: iotop Version: 0.6-1 Severity: normal Hi, Despite #616481, #670331, and #708252 being closed, I'm still getting Unicode errors with iotop. Perhaps process names should be treated as opaque binary strings and sent straight to the terminal that way, just like top(1), ps(1), etc. $ sh -c
