Control: retitle -1 Stalled SSH connections after existing initrd due to
remaining dropbear children processes
To terminate all existing SSH sessions, it's somewhat cleaner to kill
all children before exiting the server.

I use dropbear to allow remote unlocking of an encrypted root filesystem.
My /etc/default/dropbear contains NO_START=1 so I expect it to shut down
so that OpenSSH can start instead after initrd. That also works as expected
