Bug#718428: completion: diff -c should trigger labels

Package: mercurial Version: 2.6.2-1 Severity: minor Invoking completion after the -c argument to diff should invoke the labels (branches, tags, bookmarks, ...) completion, not file completion as it does now. Not sure if other mercurial commands have an equivalent -c argument, diff is the only one
